Dr. Mark Kobayashi is an Associate Clinical Professor of surgery at the Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery Institute. He received his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine, New Orleans, LA, and performed his internship and residency at the University of California, Los Angeles. He completed a fellowship in microsurgery at UCLA in 1993.

Dr. Kobayashi has expertise in complex male genital reconstructive surgery including penile revascularization after pelvic trauma and tissue transfer coverage of penile and scrotal defects.

Dr. Kobayashi is known for his skill, not only as a surgeon but as a caring physician and excellent teacher.
